I don’t update this as often as I should, but I feel like I have good reason, especially given that my life right now is 25% school, 50% packing boxes, and 25% selling any and all belongings that won’t fit in my car for the drive back to California… And taking into consideration that my car is a ‘93 Accord, I’m really cramming to find room for everything I want to take back with me.

I guess for the most part life has been pretty good lately, though there have been some meltdowns here and there, and sprinkles of sadness now that it’s finally starting to sink in that I’m leaving Nashville. But it’s bittersweet, I suppose, because being back in California is something I’m definitely looking forward to. There are a lot of pluses to counteract the minuses.

This is really just a late night ramble. Tomorrow is my going away bar hop with friends, then Sunday my mama is flying in (to help me move, but probably also to nurse my inevitable hangover), and then before I know it I’ll be on my way through 7 states to get back home.
